dont worry about a non compete clause...it is not enforceable, even if you were senior mgmt.
if you are a contractor you are able to work for anyone anywhere you want
if you were an employee of a contractor their contract with comcast does not apply to you.
if you have made your living in cable tv no contract can deny you the ability to work in this field
if anyone says they cant hire you because of your precious employment, see the state labor board and then call the federal dept of labor. Its called restraint of trade.
this BS has been going on 4 years between MSOs and contractors.
BTW why are you in this dead end business anyway?
