Atlanta ???? It's the same everywhere you go. Who's fault is it ? well first it was the fault of the hack hiring primes looking to hit and run any and all systems. Then it becomes the fault of the cable companies for lowering already low prices because some brain dead idjit sitting behind a desk thinks that lower prices will attract skilled tradesman to install their product in their consumers homes and or business. But what you get are people that do not know any better and think those are great prices and now they can call themselves "Data and telecommunication techs" where as last week they were either stocking shelves at Walmart or wondering how the hard the test would be to get their citizenship.
