I work for an MSO and we sub them out for a fiber build back in (our first HFC network)1990, they were really good guys. That's when WMC was a very good company in my opinion. We still use WMC for plant extenions ect.. but the guys that splice now are soooooo GREEN and in some cases have less than a year of experience. Thats what killing WMC..
