This is for all techs, hacks or not. Their metrics are not considered. The poor performers will not be able to get badges period. What I am refering to are guys that are currently sub contractors and for various reason (needing med insurance seems to be the most popular) are looking to hire on with a sub that is employee based and get the benefits of being an employee. Does any of that make any difference?
