Ed, you had no OOP's in California at all, unless they were fabricated after you left the state. It would not surprise me at all if that is what they are trying to do to us all. The rumor mill is rampant with a lot of stories about former CCD employees. Most of which have never been proven true or has any paperwork ever been produced to back up these wild stories. The standard reply you will get from the company is that you owe more for unactivated recievers and materials than your check was worth. They have never once produced a SINGLE document to prove it was true.
