My first question to a new recrute is always the same. Do you klimb? I know its old fashioned but Ive always had a hard time w/ a guy or gal who won't strap on a set of hooks. And I agree w/ someone else on this string. Have you ever pulled a lasher. Are you willing to live out of a duffel bag 8 months out of the year?
What is it that you do now for the industry. Ive found that starting off as an installer and offering to play ground hand when you can goes a long way. I was 19 when I pulled my first lasher for a guy. The poison ivy convinced me to get on top of the poles.
