Nice to see that people haven't painted a rosy picture of DirectSat. I couldn't take it anymore. I started voicing my opinion and next they suspended me for dress code...Final Notice on first written progressive discipline. Next the union showed up at the office and they suspected me (2 witnesses) of organizing. I didn't even get to work again. They extended my suspension without written proof or document for 3 days. On the 4th day with communication only because of my repeated phone callse they told me I was terminated for QC's. I am still looking for the proof for my lawyer. UNBELIEVABLE! I break my back taking extra jobs and working to all hours of the night and this is my thanks. If my jobs failed QC's I would hate to see an honest evaluation of DirectSat.
If you keep your nose to the grindstone, don't miss your kids, like driving, don't make any waves, work 12 hour days and only claim 6 or 7, then it is the job for you!!
