I would like to echo your sentiments regarding DirectSat.
This company has too much on its plate.
My office was shut down in late April and they still do not have occupancy. Now with new system inventory is a JOKE. Bean counters have stifled the ability of individuals to order proper amounts to supply the field. Guys are working every 3rd Sunday and out til all hours of the night.
I am no longer working for DirectSat, but am interested in others who were tagged as Union Organizers and let go for whatever reason. Example: going on vacation and coming back to find out your vacation was denied not communicated, therefore you have deserted your job, resulting in termination.
I was let go without opportunity to refute or have access the proof as to my termination. Directsat overlooks issues with other techs and keeps them on, but if you fairly or unfairly have been tagged as a Union Guy....Lights OUT. Unless you have enough dirt to keep your job.
Please reply to me privately to protect your job as DirectSat keeps their eyes on this site as does my legal advocate.
