should be yes. I would not go on a call if I knew I was not going to get paid whether they are at home or not. They give me a work order and I will make money one way or another. Either by doing the job or the trip charge for a no show. Especially if I must wait 30 minutes. If they are making you stay they should be paying hourly too. If they are not paying you, you dont have to stay. But they will try to make you do anything that you are dumb enough to do.
