Hook up with a splicer! Ask if if he needs a tapper! Buy some tools, not cheap crap! If ya can , start on the ground and work your way up the pole! Everything you do will need to be "precise". In other words you won't make a lot 'o dough right away. However, if ya get in a hurry and make mistakes, you'll make less the next day, if they decide to give you another chance! When you're on that pole, there's not a lot of room for "oops"! In house is your best bet! They have a "little" more tolerance than a piece rate contractor!
