racial profiling

I know we have a problem with racial profiling but I think as a nation we are better than any other with all the 'pc' folks. However, When 2 people are pulled over for speeding....meaning they were breaking the law and then pipe bombs are found or at least what the bomb squad said was pipe bombs before detonating them, I have a small problem with their lawyer jumping right to the race card. They were breaking the law and found with illegal items in their possession. Perhaps this isn't cut and dried as it seems. Let me add that they were unable to explain what they were doing in the area of a naval base without some time lapse. I assume to think up a story. Most law enforcement officials can tell when people are lying. I realize we need to be careful with condemning a race but damn....are we just suppose to let them go because they are middle eastern when they have pipe bombs?? Just asking
