Re: looking for help on a contract

Easy

1. Post an ad on the CABL bar for expeienced installers. When applicants call tell them you definitely have the contract and it will start in a few weeks. Let them know that your longstanding company is The Best of the Best, highly respected in the industry. Make sure they all send you their resumes.

2. Present yourself to Mr. Dish and during negotiations let slip that you cannot believe the prices he currently pays as they are far more than called for. Tell him that not only does your offer undercut his present contractor by 30% but you have signed on the Best of The Best to carry out the contract. Show him the aforementioned resumes as proof.

Whatever Mr. Dish asks about you doing for free, smile and say "no problem. I agree that we should not to be paid for that"

3. Walla! You now are a bonified contractor who can go home and sleep.

Backup plan: If all that fails seek out Mr. Dish's fat pig daughter and get her pregnant, first, and then marry her. Yea, your kids will not look so hot but at least you will have that contract you sought.
