Maybe you should write the editor of whatever rag you collected those stats from and ask how exactly they collected them.
Since Mexican/latino is an ethnic group (considered white, BTW) and not a racial group (black, asian, etc) no stats are kept on them particularly. If a crime is perpetrated by a Mexican the data shows that "whitey" did it. Since that is the case how exactly were those LA numbers derived?
I'll tell you how; some neo-conservative facist pissed off that Latinos are taking over LA wanted to stir up trouble. So he authors a crock and bull story hoping at least a small percentage of folk would buy it.
Try not to be so gullible next time. If you have some facts from the Federal government share those, not some bull from the KKK, or whoever.
