Nowhere in this country is that considered "contract" work! It's a "game" this industry has been playin' for a long time at the expense of the guy doing the work. Little by little they're gettin' busted by the IRS (of all people you "want" in your business)! Benefits to your "employer"= don't have to pay O.T., don't have to pay if ya break your neck, don't have to pay if you break somebody else's neck, don't have to pay unemployment when the work is gone, don't have to pay you to work more than 25mi from their main office, etc., etc., etc.! When they get "busted" they move on and change DBA's in their wife's name and continue to operate the scam. There's is no such thing as an "independent" contractor in this "industry"! Want to argue that "fact" take it up with the "IRS". See ya in court! Later, Mike M.
