Responsibilities:

·        Responsible for the construction coordination of MDU properties for the delivery of video and high-speed data service for both residential properties and small businesses.

·        Meet with customers and developers to determine the wiring requirements for new or existing properties.

·        Design of a wiring scheme when necessary for the delivery of Cable Television, Phone, and alternate service solutions.

·        Creation of a bill of materials for construction of the property to deliver the services for existing properties walkout and design with a local contractor.

·        Coordination with contractors and engineers to verify the facilities are completed prior to the ready for service date.

·        Quality checks of the contractors to verify that all work is completed according to Customer requirements and Prince’s standards.

Requirements:

·        High school diploma and at least 5 years cable or telecommunications network experience including MDU structural knowledge.

·        Advanced skills for reading and interpreting maps, designs, and schematics.

·        Knowledge of aerial and underground construction methods, as well as rebuild and commercial job costing is a must.

·        Construction experience for residential type structures.

·        Experience with low voltage wiring requirements is preferred.

·        Ability to interact with customers, contractors and construction companies ensuring a smooth workflow.

·        Must understand the different delivery methods for both high-speed data and video services.

·        Coordinate and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
