State -o- the -art plasmas/hd's will pick up whatever is out there! Can't blame it on a poor design T.V. Not necessarily system plant but consider drops with amps in residential areas and apt complexes with multiple "hack" jobs and amps! Responsibility doesn't stop at the trunk/feeder! Maybe at the d-marc! Did a CLI in Redondo/Manhattan beach/Hermosa. 2 weeks to get it right before the fcc shut 'em down! LAX is right in the vicinity. Pilots pickin' up HBO.
