There is no best way if its a loop system. 35 tv's on two loops is too many. Whats the highest frequency? Are you rewiring the cable or using the existing cable? If rewire then why loop? Is it 59, 6 or the old tv stuff? You need to originate out of an amp not a tap...Depends on what you have access to. Will the cable co put an amp at the pole? If not you need a cable amp or distribution amps in the closet there if its a motel, what is it? Is it apt or hotel or individual. If not you need a salesman not technical help. Whats going to happen, is as soon as they get it rewired there going to want to ad internet. They need to pay for a homerun system unless its not possible. I rewired an 800 unit complex as a loop system because there was no way of running homeruns considering the construction. Otherwise it would be crazy to wire this on a loop with no amps.
