For me its not about fear of the dogs. Its about owners not training their pets to be social creatures. I don't get worried about a 150 pound rottie barking, its when the thing starts rubbing against me as I'm trimming a wallplate and the dang thing is knocking me over with his weight.
I don't hate dogs, I hate most dog owners.
