Actually Pay was right and I got my retainage. But all of bad money is still bad money. Becouse their lack of organizational skills you spent to much time in the office explaining how things had to be if they wanted to retain good techs. In the end there was better ways to make a living than deal w/ them. This was a while ago and who knows, they may have gotten their act together.
