Bonzi or FTS in Houston

Looking to start Multi-sub contract with a company in Houston,TX. Bringing along about five techs to start but I have only been in TW system and Houston has changed to comcast. I also heard Charter pays the contractor alot more per piece work. Bonzi is with comcast and are new and unstable, and FTS is also small since Charter does not have much of the market in Houston. If anybody could please help with names and numbers that i could get more info on these companies would be much appreciated.
