My question is if they are not a paying customer are you allowed access to their personal property (walking around in their yard)? If you are doing an audit, you are allowed access to easement right-of-way.
Why not use MEN with experience that have their own tools, or are you getting kids that don't have a clue, but will work dirt cheap?
