Now these banks have you sign a contract that, in the case of a dispute, you have to use an arbitrator that they choose and the cases go their way 99 percent of the time. And you can't go to another court for it. It is their court. Even in the case of your identity being stolen. I have heard of cases (wife is studying contract law right now) that people who's identity was stolen still have to be responsible for the debt incurred in their name. Why? because the banks enjoy the arbitration law their lobbyists got passed. How can a politician even think this is justified to pass as a law???
