If you go your way, a 30 dB coupler has a thru loss of 1.2 dB at 750 MHz. At you last tap your output will be 31 X 1.2 = 37.2 - 30 dB tap loss. That TV set will no longer work because of no signal, even with and amp. with 50 dBmV out at the strat.
50 dBmV - (37.2+30 dB) = -15.2 dBmV.... hum....
