With the GNA and a 20 dB multitap at each output as a test point, you should inject between 15 to 20 dBmV at the return input + the return sweep level, wich should be between + 35 or 40 dBmV, depending on your wanted return spectrum level. I use + 15 dBmV as return level in our system.
