Warped Case theory is one of two possiblities for sure. I did not think of it, I was thinking something inside the launch amp, " cold solder joint, whatever."
The suckout (on one of four ports) is cured by re-seating the launch amp module but always returns in few days. However, I have permanently fixed the suckout by swapping the Launch amp module out for a new one. So if the case is warped would'nt you think the suckout should return. Maybe it will in years to come. It took that long for the original Modules to become a suckout victim.
