Not all bosses are like that, I work with one that everyday worked side by side with the crew. Did not and does not matter what the work is, running strand, jigging cable, pulling the lasher, he does it all. He may not be there all day he does have other duties, but he comes out everyday jeans and teeshirt and busts his ass. Always willing to lend a hand. Believes if it were not for the people that work for him he would not have a job. Not your typical boss...... wish he were my boss. My boss has not worked in the field in years but thinks he has.
If everyone is thinking alike, someone isn't thinking.
