good advice, make the contacts, and get allot of cash on hand. Charter QC is very hard to pass for national contracts but you can obtain 1 threw a regional office with corporate approving only the invoicing not the company. i may of said too much. oh yea, you will also be re submitting your invoices for pay b/c they were "lost".
