You are part of the problem. You want to "overlook," "forgive," etc.. When you do as you suggest you cheapen the perception of the workforce. But I suppose that is okay with you. You say your not a 14 year old boy....then act like it. Responsible adults will not tolerate criminal acts being committed by 14 year old BOYS in men's bodies.
You have a misdomeaner on your record in the last five years...I am not interested in hiring you PERIOD. You wink and nod at criminal acts being committed in your presence on a job...I DON"T WANT YOU WORKING FOR ME....because you will also steal from me when you get a chance. CRIMINALS WINK AND NOD....OH FORGIVE ME....OVERLOOK AND FORGIVE CRIMINAL ACTS....BECAUSE THEY KNOW THEY CAN GET AWAY WITH THEIR OWN CRIMINAL ACTS.
