...The 'Prime' is the contractor TW contracts to perform work for them...YOU are looking to be a 'SUB CONTRACTOR' subcontracting from the PRIME CONTRACTOR...If you are a contractor you do not need to know who the prime is...You should seek a contract directly from TW...Please...if you are going to walk the walk...at least learn the tak first!!!
