If you can live weekly not knowing what you pay will be this week, not having insurance provided, paying for workman comp in some states, paying for your own tools,, truck/van, insurance, general liability ins, $125-222-- week in gas , cant take a day off, cause you don't get paid, can't get sick because you dont have sick days, and maybe get too take a couple days close to the weekend and call that your vacation for the year..... Then you can be a contractor.......... Otherwise stay INHOUSE
