You gave some great advice in your post, I'll tell you one thing you are absolutely right about burning bridges, I have been in this industry for 27 years off and on and it's almost unbelievable who and where you will run into when you are going from one company to another, I'm starting to think that there are really only about 20 guys in the whole industry, they just keep moving around,lol
