I'm an employee of a sub for Cox here in Mesa AZ. Actual jobsite was in Gilbert AZ. My boss is the shop manager. Our shop does residential install and commercial install, no plant work that I know of.
I know that the tap should have higher levels on HFs because of the tilt that will take place on the drop with higher attenuation rates on higher frequencies. Ideally, the highs and lows should be near the same level at the STBs.
I knew I was right, but I put the bandaid on like the boss said.
