Thanks Scott, for your enthusiasm for the SA platform as it is most reliable.
To clarify : Launch Amp, is what Thomas Betts labeled the 4 output RF module which is the main module fastened to the case of the 6940 Node. Thomas betts actually built this node for Scientific Atlanta.
Hopefully this clears up the description of our problem for others reading and hopefully trying to provide insight.
