ANY INFO ON CHARTER COMMUNICATIONS Contacts/PayKMA

Does anyone know who I would contact to get in direct sales & installs with Charters central division KMA. I would like any info on pay rates and schedules. I would like to know how they are to work for and really if they pay on time. Please Let me know good & Bad. Thanks Ron Jermey
