maybe i misunderstood, but I don't think so. was he not talking of stripping the messenger at the span clamp?
with this being bonded at the gb at the sdu, does this in fact create a suitable path for the current rather than to follow the strand to the vertical?
and if this is true, Then shouldn't they not practice this method?
