Just keep this in mind:
MSO's use subs to keep their costs down. In-house techs typically cost more to operate than subs because the MSO isn't buying trucks and tools and gas, benefits, etc. More money is spent on inhouse techs than on subs so take that into consideration when trying to figure if contracting is a better way to go.
There are people who make money contracting and there are people who aren't. Peop who aren't far outnumber people who are.
