Just change your occupation.I was installing DTV..and just got tired of the B.S. and quit,did something else.Now I make about the same,but have benifits..insurance,proper tax deductions,paid holidays,401k,etc....the way i see it..if the contract doesn't pay....screw em!...i could care less,there is no pride or honer in these install jobs...at the end of the day ,its about money...and i know exactly how much i will have every friday..and i am home with my family every evening by 5pm....you need to make the big boys feel this!!.
