Need advice on a wiring issue

Friend owns 3 apartment buildings, 2 quads, and 1 (6) by total of 14 units. Were pulling new lines for 2 bedrooms and one in the total of 3 lines per unit. What he wants to do is provide a way for all his tenants to have one dish per unit. what is the best way to run all 12 or 18 lines off one dish....? Will a powered 4x12 switch work for the quads...? and stack the 6 by...? Looking for advice as to the best way.
