What would you be worried about I had to explain for 5 weeks why you had to have unity gain to the techs at one Cox sytem and they still didn't understand they couldn't just change a pad to get 1 modem to work. And they were mad that I said you had to match the Node telemetry to keep unity gain they said it took too long to have to go to the node and actually do things right. At least they admitted they would rather just change a pad and destroy any unity gain than actually fi the problem. With attitudes like that it just shows Cox doesn't care if there techs know anything.
