What I would do before running rerunning cables, I would do a hot drop just to be sure.
Hot drop- run a cable from the dish directly to the IRD Via a window or door. If it fixes the problem, Then you know it is the cable.
Just curious, is there a wall plate? It may be the barrel in the wall plate. The barrels in the standard wall plates usually aren't High freq.
