Are you using a Dishpro plus configuration or is it two-wired to the dish?
The above condition indicates the receiver is not seeing a DP or DP+ LNB on the other tuner and so is defaulting to a legacy test. It could be receiver, LNB, or cabling.
Bypass cabling by running a test coax from LNB to receiver and running test again. Good test means bad installed cable, bad test means problem is elsewhere.
Test LNB by trying a different LNB.
Test receiver by trying a different receiver.
Make sure to test the separator and jumpers as a separate troubleshoot.
