sorry for your pain. my truck got broken into 2 years ago, but i know it wasn't a cable guy because they only took my hammer drill (left the charger) and a couple of boxes. in your case you got robbed by either a tech or someone that knows a tech. crackheads aren't going to steal the hand tools, they are going to still the stuff they are familiar with, or everything.
