they do directv here in missouri dont know about chicago but here they do back ground checks and drug screens. but you do have to watch it if you do have a bad background they will still hire you put you in the field until they get it back than they will terminate you this happend to my brother inlaw and another guy i know. Than they turned around and did not pay him for the time he spent working as he also went out of town of afs work. They are a pretty shady company as i know now they do have several law suites against them as I have heard personlly i would stay away but your call
