Re: on time installs


Some companies make a habit of holding final pay until a warranty period has expired on the work performed. He was probably on a more normal pay schedule but cut them out and now they are trying to hold his pay indefinately.

As I've said before, have an attorney draft a lien notice and get enough copies to send to every house you installed on. Send ON TIME a copy first, that ought to get your money moving. Also, go to www.irs.gov and file a form SS-8 so you can get their books looked at by the IRS.
