Muslims believe in Jesus. He's one of the prophets according to the Qur'an. Jews believe in Jesus, only not as a prophet nor messiah. The normal/accepted definition of a Christian is someone who believes Jesus was the son of God (messiah). Catholics (which I was raised) believe in Jesus as part of the Holy Trinity (which after six decades I still don't get) but still the son of God. So Catholics. at least in that technical sense, are still Christians.
No matter what you believe, just know that all religions are social organizations. To be accepted and included, your beliefs aren't nearly as important as where you send the donation check
