This is an absolute fabrication. Jim Moore (the reporter) did not work for KHOU in 2006, he left it in 1999.
KHOU says that they NEVER aired such an interview.
This is just another idiotic, inflammatory story floating around the internet without any facts to back it up. What's worse are the people that forward it on, without checking the validity of it.
There's a website for these urban legends. It's www.snopes.com.
