thanks for reply, realize all that but my exp. is that half or more of the time dtv hangs us out to dry about extras, and u go in to house wanting 100 to 200 for customs they will tell u and dtv to cram it,, but i do charge for fish and poles when needed, just really hate to waste my drive time and gas , and a half hour with customer just to have it sent back and get nothing,,,,, you know its really bad when the install work order has a return form pre printed to fill out............thanks
