C/Ku band

I am not familiar with the big 10' dishes. I have a customer that used to be able to get G1, G2 and a few HBO on her dish. She changed out the LNB from a C-Band to a Ku band, because she wanted more channels, now she has lost these. Can you tell me what has to be done so that she can get what she used to and also receive the new programs. Does she need a special LNB or 2 LNB's. Or does she need a different receiver? I am at a loss and don't know what to tell her. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
