This could be a good thing. I have either been paid almost as much as the installation paid to drive out of my area for misrouted DTV installations. The rational had been that in this one instance nobody makes any money..but on balance all will be well or better. So I ate the mileage, accepted what was available and waited for the next job.
Well, them days are gone. Let us watch as they try to pay an employee to drive over one hundred miles to a single receiver installation and then return, go in the other direction for a thirty dollar svc. call.
