I thought so,
What I saw was real low skill schedule work. My fav was the four AM install appointments for 3 or 4 IRDs each.
Then the calls from the Philadelphia call center for ETAs for all of them.
More calls from the CSR.....how come so late with these?
As the days went on I started finding HSP techs had been to my jobs & left for some reason or were scheduled there after I had left.
When the money stopped flowing it was over lost eq.
For at least six weeks after I officially said no more work until I am paid I got calls from the same call center.......not every day but often enough to be noticed....."How "bout an ETA for today's' route?"
I thought the 80 / 20 might be some phone thing. Around here the HSP is MASTEC and so they get a different 80% each week. The other 20% is harder and harder to find...so they run more ads.
Gotta go fix a phone.
thanks,
Joe
